Senior Night for the Goats – honoring Keely Collins, Nick Diaz-Manda, Estee Flynn, Charley Mayorga, Betsy McLemore, Sean Rynd, Wade Sanderson and Madelyn Wallace.

Both Chelan teams clinched CTL titles with their wins tonight.  This is the 5th consecutive CTL championship for the Chelan boys squad!

Girls: Chelan 4, Omak 1

#1 Singles:  Estee Flynn (C) def Laila Ramirez 6-1, 6-1

#2 Singles:  Keely Collins (C) def Aislyn Pearson 7-5, 6-2

#1 Doubles:  Paityn Richter/Finley Sackman (O) def Brooklyn Foyle/Alison Horner 6-0, 6-3

#2 Doubles:  Lizzy Hutchinson/Maddie Cowan (C) def Carly Lassila/Tori Hernandez 7-5, 2-6, 7-6 (9-7) <Lizzy and Maddie had three massive gutsy comebacks tonight:  down 2-5 in the 1st set, down 1-5 in the 3rd set, and down 0-5 in the 3rd set tiebreaker.  There’s no quit in those girls.>

#3 Doubles:  Reese Bordner/Josie Bekel (C) def Kathleen Kirk/Faith Hendrick 6-3, 6-7(3-7), 6-4

Exciting finish to the girls matches, with outstanding tennis being played in a pressure situation.  Late in the evening under the lights, Chelan needed one more match win while ahead 2-1 in the team score.  The #2 and #3 doubles matches were fiercely contested – both matches could have gone either way.  The Chelan girls were clutch tonight, moving to 3-0 in the CTL and 9-1 overall.

#2 Doubles:  Loen Moody/Nick Diaz-Manda (C) def Matthew Kirk/Pablo Aguilar 7-5, 3-6, 6-1

#3 Doubles:  Sean Rynd/Cooper Neff (C) def Romeo Saldana/Declan Schuhriemen 6-0, 6-0

The Chelan boys also improved to 3-0 in the CTL and 9-1 overall.
