THE CHERRY CUP | MORE THAN A RIVALRY

Cherry cup 2026

THANK YOU to the farmers, orchardists, farmworkers, and families!

CHERRY CUP WEEK IS HERE

The 5th Annual Cherry Cup is more than just a football game. It is a great tradition that brings together two proud communities that share the same valley, the same agricultural heritage, and many of the same values.

The Cherry Cup honors the connection between the Chelan Goats and Brewster Bears, two proud communities that share deep agricultural roots and the values of hard work, pride, and community spirit.

Chelan and Brewster are surrounded by orchards that produce some of the finest apples, pears, and cherries in the world. Our communities grow together because of the hard work, dedication, and commitment of the farmers, orchardists, farmworkers, and families who have spent generations caring for this land.

The Cherry Cup is a chance to celebrate that shared connection.

While the Goats and Bears will compete fiercely on the football field, we recognize that we are part of something much bigger. We share a valley. We share orchards. We share an agricultural tradition. And we share a respect for hard work, perseverance, family, and community.

As we begin Cherry Cup Week, we are excited to celebrate what this tradition truly means to both communities. It is about the rivalry, the competition, and the pride that comes with representing your town but it is also about recognizing the people and the way of life that connect us.

Most importantly, we want to thank the farmers, orchardists, farmworkers, and families throughout our valley. Your hard work helps make our communities what they are, and the Cherry Cup is one small way we can celebrate and honor that legacy.

Two towns. Shared roots. One great tradition.

Let Cherry Cup Week begin.

The Goats will travel to Brewster for the 5th annual Cherry Cup on Friday night. Game time is set for 7pm. The Goats look to keep the Cherry Cup in Chelan for the 4th year in a row!
